One of the best Chinese spots in Portsmouth. It’s not your average Chinese restaurant; but in a great way. They do offer regular dishes, I recommend trying the unusual items on the menu. Those are their specialty. Like the smoked sausage and gravy pictured.

We recently moved back to Hampton Roads and have been looking for a good Chinese spot. We have found it in Wong Kwok! The staff are so sweet and cheerful, the food comes out very timely and the food is phenomenal; honestly, one of the best egg rolls I've ever tasted! The hot n sour soup hit the spot and the Moo Goo Gai Pain is delicious! We will definitely be back for more!

Do not let the crowd fool you. They are here to eat some of the BEST chinese food in the city!! My wife accidentally ordered Egg Foo Yung for me, which I hadn't eaten in 10 years because I didn't like it. Now it's my usual but from here only! We also call Wong Kwok to cater events and parties!! If you have not tried it stop by and treat yourself. MUST TRY!!!

Best little known take out in Portsmouth. I've tried other carry-outs but Wong Kwok spoiled me. The place is always very clean and service is always professional and friendly. They also give customers plenty of food for the price (which is very reasonable). Way to go Wong Kwok!

Those ladies really know their way around a kitchen!!! Very friendly, courteous, and cook excellent food. Cooked Fresh, hot, and good flavor. Generous portions and reasonably priced. My first time eating here, very impressed. I will absolutely be a returning customer. For the price, it's some of the best around in my opinion.

Husband and I visited Wong Kwok this weekend! While i’ve only been there once or twice, my husbands been going there for YEARS!! The food is delicious (although I ordered a combination (or thought I did) & didn't get my egg roll)! I would still highly recommend this place!

We'd been looking for a new Chinese place for a while now, decided to try Wong Kwok, out search is over. Everything we'd been looking for, amazing food, friendly and great prices with nice portions.
